Question to the OPUC: "Is it true that GM in Detroit recently invented a car that can be driven by pure muscular strength?"
Answer: "In principle yes. Yet we have to point out that it was not GM, but Peugeot. Furthermore, it was not recently in Detroit but in 1881 Paris. Finally, they did not invent a car but a bicycle. But it could be driven by pure muscular strength.”

Question to the OPUC: "Why did you establish a Ministry of Navy in landlocked Vermont. Do they have a sea?"
Answer: "Not yet."
